Demonte Colony 2: Revenge of the Unholy is a 2024 Tamil horror film. R. Directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, it is a sequel to the 2015 film Demonte Colony. The film is produced by Bobby Balachandran under the BTG Universal banner in association with Gnanamuthu Pattrai and White Knights Entertainment.
Arulneeti again starred as the lead character, joined by Priya Bhavani Shankar, Archana Ravichandran, Tsering Dorjee, Arun Pandian, Meenakshi Govindarajan and Sergeno Khalid in supporting roles.
Venky Venugopal was initially set to direct the film but was replaced by Gnanamuthu in November 2022. The shooting of the film began the same month in Chennai and was completed by the end of June 2023. Sam CS in the film. The film was originally planned to release in September 2023 but was delayed. It finally premiered on August 15, 2024, which is also Independence Day. The film was well received with praise for its story and acting. It grossed ₹40.25 crore at the box office, becoming the highest grosser of the series and one of the top Tamil films of the year. A new sequel is in the works.

Theatrical Release Date
“Demonte Colony II” was supposed to come out in September 2023 but was delayed due to unknown reasons. It was finally released in theaters on August 15, 2024, which is Independence Day.
OTT Release Date
After its theatrical run, the film will be available for streaming on ZEE5 and telecast on Zee Tamil.
